IBP Purge only one key figure at a planning level

I can not figure out how to purge all the data for just one key figure within a planning level.

For example, say that there are two key figures at planning level MTHPRODCUST, KF1 and KF2. I only want to purge the data for KF1, not KF2 but the Purge Key Figure Data application job only allows you to define the planning level, not the specific key figure.

Hi Susan,

with Purge operator, it is possible to delete on the planning level and not based on the key figure.

You can use advanced copy operator to purge the key figure data.

Please refer the image for settings.

Provide the complete horizon for copy.

Thanks and regards,

Revan

Alternatively to the copy operator, you can use the "Delete Version Operator" job template and delete the values for one or more key figure independently of a planning level, for both Baseversion as well as any other version, and you can choose from/to period.

This is more easy as no copy operator has to be created, but be careful to not delete too much.

Hi Susan,

Purge is not an option for keyfigure specific deletion. Either Version Deletion or Copy Operator with CLEAR_KF_VALUES enabled will help you ease this situation.

I used the CLEAR_KF_VALUES with the copy operator and that worked perfectly - thank you for your input.
