Hi all,
I have a problem with negative forecast. I have found in other questions and also in the SAP help, that there should be a global parameter in the forecast section to ignore negative MPE values. However I can not find the parameter. Has it been removed, renamed, is there any dependency, why I can't see it?
Thanks,
Maike
FORECAST | IGNORE_ZERO_PERCENT_ERROR | Controls if the system should ignore zero values in the sales history when the mean percentage error (MPE) and mean absolute percentage error (MAPE) error measures are calculated in forecasting. Zero values are replaced with very small values by default, which may lead to distorted forecast errors. Therefore, we recommend that you change the default setting to 1. |
