How to select combinable roadmaps

Hi,

My project has S/4 ARIBA and Successfactors. To set up the project in CALM, I am using combinable roadmaps (see below). However I get only the option of Public Cloud and SF in this window and not ARIBA which is available only as a single roadmap. Is there an option to set up ARIBA specific roadmaps in this?

Did you download the "For Creation Using Template" option? Using this you can delete all entries in the download and then cut and paste the new tasks which will then be added to the project in CALM. Its also very sensitive to the right combination of statuses etc so you can't create new tasks by manually adding into the creation template and show the source as Roadmap Content. The source would need to be something like "Manually Created" and the type could be "Roadmap Task"

To add, you could generate Ariba Tasks in a separate single implementation project and then try to import them into the combinable roadmap using the template import export functionality. For Explore and Realize phase that is approximately  90 tasks on the Ariba side, however some of those would potentially overlap so should be eliminated from the upload.

Also, in your screen shot you have used the generic Public Cloud Activate content link and not the specific S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition content link..

Thank you so much for your response. I tried doing this using the import tool but it gives me an error...Am I using the right upload feature?

As of now, Ariba is not available in combinable roadmaps.
