How to make reserved material take to own stock if activity is closed but service call is open?

Hello Team,

Base of Project: FSM with C4C , C4C with S4 HANA as ERP

We are using Consignment fill up order & Pick up order, as reserved material in FSM.

For Open Service Call with Open Activity we can do Take to Own Stock & Use of material

For Open Service Call with Closed Activity i am not able to do Take to Own stock , Showing as "Moving 1 Material failed, because they have a quantity of Zero"

Some times engineer is missed to select take to own stock in activity so its should available to take to own stock if engineer is responsible for that ticket.

In Android Application This Subjected "For Open Service Call with Closed Activity" we can transfer to Engineer stock same is coming to C4C as Part return form consignment stock.

But For IOS application it was not working due to application limitation, On further raised issue with SAP ther solved issue in below application version 

24.09.0 -Sep 6, 2024   Allow "Take to own stock" for Reserved Materials on closed activities
