Tried to create ECN with BAPI - BAPI_ECN_CREATE. However, this can be used to upload only the object types and not the objects.

Tried this header structure but its not updating it.

Is there any other BAPI to create the ECN with objects. Can BAPI tcode show the inputs and output for a BAPI

Checking SE37 for the BAPI in question along with the associated documentation is where I would start.
