FSCM credit management for IS-Retail

Hi expert,

Have read that SAP is going to phased out SAP credit management module and go with FSCM credit management , is there any time lines specified by SAP?

Also what is the best practice migrate to FSCM credit management from SAP credit management for retail industry.

ALL SAP products will be supported - but the core R3 Credit Management will no longer be enhanced. In terms of the SAP FSCM Credit Management solution the switch is a simple BADI activation, however some of the functionality and presentation of data is different so there will need to be some config and process re-design. PI is required up to enhancement pack 4.

The new solution will cover IS-Retail.

This means PI is not needed if you are on enchancement pack 5 and above?

If you are on Enhancement Pack 5 - you have a choice PI or WS-RM - to link internal and external data into SAP FSCM Credit Management
