Freight Unit Split Analysis

Dear Gurus,

In SAP Transportation Management (embedded S/4 HANA 1909 scenario) we are using the delivery based integration, thus Freight Units are generated based on Outbound and Inbound Deliveries.

Two FUBRs (Freight Unit Building Rules) have been created, according to the Best Practices. Apart from some weight criteria (set to 25.000 kg) there aren't any other parameters.

The symptom is the following: a single outbound delivery (which means: same ship-to party, same transportation mode, same shipping point --> source location etc.) has been split into two Freight Units. The total weight totally was some KGs only, it definitely not reaches 25.000 KG.

Question: any idea how to analyse the split? Does TM has any kind of split analysis tool, like in classic SD the "delivery split analysis" function?

Thank you and Best Regards,

Tamás

Hi Tamas, Kindly check any product package created or activated for particular product. Also provide your Freight unit building rule screen shot, for better understanding

Hi ammadj,

Thanks for your quick reply!

Product Package Assignment functionality is not activated.

We have an embedded EWM system as well which handles the logistics execution functionalities of the outbound processes, especially the package building. It is done upon the Load Plan Finalization action on Freight Order. But these steps are "far" away, we are just at the Freight Unit Building.

Here I send the screenshots of FUBR used in outbound processes!

Do you have by any chance ATP or aATP activated?, if so have you checked if the delivery date at line item level are the same?

Any News on that issue? Did you manage to solve it? You can get some insights about the TM Integration of a certain document with the help of report
