Hi Expert,

User is not able to Save data in IBP Excel add-in planning view with error " There are no Reason code assigned to you " contact your administrator".

May I know the reason behind it.

Did you ever found out the reason for the issue or how to correct it? Have the same issue now only for 1 user.

Hi Prasanta,

Can you check if reason codes are available in the system? Also check if ENFORCE_REASON_CODE global parameter is set to yes. It that's the case, users are forced to select a reason code when they save data in the SAP IBP. Either set the global parameter to No or make sure reason codes are created in the system.

Thanks Piyush for your prompt response. As you suggested ENFORCE_REASON_CODE parameter is set as "NO" even if the user is encountering the error. This hapenning only for one user and not for all users.
