In Excel Add-In I have added available Alerts in Edit Planning View -> Alerts section and the keyfigure gets highlighted suitably.
But no Alerts are displayed in Excel Add-In Dashboard even after Name in Alert Dashboard is assigned as shown below.
Is there any other pre-requisite for Alerts to show up in Excel Add-In Dashboard.
Also saving the Planning View as Favourite gives error "Your favorite couldn't be saved" but the same Planning View gets saved as Template without any issues.
Another related query how does Alert Overview text gets added if I setup new Alert Keyfigure or get changed in case of existing Alert Keyfigure Calculation logic (verified, it works).

This is fixed in IBP next patch.
As of now, we have a note for this issue. Can you please raise an OSS?

After raising OSS Message this issue related to Alerts in Dashboard can be seen now.
Wondering how patches are applied in Coud hosted IBP system from backend.
Is SAP IBP Starter Editions hosted as multi-tenant system - in that case the patches should be applicable to all tenants.
Appreciate if you can throw some light on this.
