ERROR: Warehouse request, 10 must not be overpicked

Hi Experts,

I am creating WT for outbound delivery order and getting the below error.

Warehouse request 523428, 10 must not be overpicked

Message no. /SCWM/TO_WHR024

I have checked that qty is the same as in the pick bin however, still getting the same error.

Hello - I faced the same issue and I digged into the Storage Type Configurations. In Storage Type Configurations under Stock Removal Controls, the field Round to Whole Units was set to '5' which means 'Round WT Quantity to Available Qty'. I maintained just the Storage Bin Available Qty same as Outbound picking qty (say example OBD picking wty = 10 EA and i maintained 10 qty in the storage bin with same BATCH Niumber) and created the WT. It worked as expected. Due to constraints, couldn't add the screenshots.

Hello,

Can you check the status of the picking? The quantity might have been picked already and there are no open quantities.
Please check the history of the delivery document.
