Decentral EWM QM partial usage decision

Dear Experts,

we are Using ERP (SAP APPL 618) with an EWM on 105 S4 core.

We implemented the Tab for the Usage Decision in SAP ERP:

Unfortunately, the system does not find any stock positions after jumping from ERP QA11 to the EWM Usage Decision Screen.

When calling the Function Module from the EWM with the exact same parameters, i am able to do the usage decision as it is supposed to be.

Anybody faced this issue before?

I am thankful for any help.

Hello Timo,

You have to implement a badi to allow partial UD from Non work center location. In decentral EWM S/4 HANA, partial UD is only possible if your stock is at work center. If stock is lying in non Work center staging area, for example, staging area role ''D'', you will get a blank screen once you hit EWM inspection button in QA32.

Hi Shailesh,

thank you very much for your quick response.

Your blog is really helpful. We will check the implementation.

But I am not sure if that is what's missing in our case, because the stock is currently placed on the QM-Storage bin which is maintained as standard storage typ for our QM workcenter.

I think the stock should be shown even without the implementation, but we will check it.

Hi Shailesh,

took some time, but now we implemented that badi.

There was another little issue: We had to create a trusted connection between the systems. Now the Jump into the decentral EWM works.

We still get an error when selecting the usage decision, but that seems to be another origin.
