Thanks for your input. I gone through the link and still didn't make logical to me, why the system is calculating the day's of supply as so high for us.. Any input is appreciated.
As mentioned in SAP help, inventory correction, independent demand and Number of Subperiods are also taken into account while calculating periods of coverage. It also matters at what time level (CW or MTH) supply planning is executed. Please take a re-run and check the results.
