Customer Contact is not update after executing F.27

Hi All,

Why customer contact is not updated in UDM_Specialist after executing F.27 (Customer statement).

why would it?

You are executing a transaction (FI-AR) outside of collections management.

Have you set the system to record this?

Thanks for replying..

I am really not sure of the configuration but i can see couple of customer contact info got updated as and when we run  F.27.

Is this not standard functionality ?

Andy,

From Enhancement Pack 5 - with the correct Enhancement Pack activated - you can create a statement from the worklist.

This is performed via the correspondence icon within the worklist.

why would you want the contact in FD02 if you can record it in Collections Management?
