Create a new company in FSM and update all users with no access in user policy group/person

Hello all! 

If I create a new FSM company, then automatically all users do have access "default" to this new company in the user policy group. Furthermore, all users are assigned to the new company as person (see screenshot below). So in the master data - persons, all users are displayed from the other company. 
Is it possible to change this default-setting? 



Currently I checked the FSM User API, but no batch user update is supported and the user policy group or person assignment are not included in the body parameters for the API endpoint. 

Hence, do I need to manually change all users and remove the access to new company? Or is there any other option?
