Classification tab functionality in Notification Item level to add class/ characteristics

Hi,

In FLOC/EQUIP, we have classification screen where we can get class/characteristics to view/update. Can we get the same classification functionality in Notification Item level to add class/ characteristics by standard configuration?

Hi Sanjoy,

If you do not currently see the classification functionality in Notification, it is most likely not available to by standard configuration.

One thing you could do to check is using Agentry Editor and load the application in the Editor. You could check what screens are already available for Notification. If the screen is available and not shown on you client, It may be Global parameters are not active in the Configpanel.
