Blank dates at intermediate location in FU document via default route

Hi All,

Can you please check the below scenario where we are getting the blank dates at destination and source location of the intermediate location at stage 1 and stage 2 via default route.

We have Ocean scenario where we had setup a default route from shipping point to Origin port and from origin port to destination port. actually, destination port is the incoterm location in the delivery document. ours is delivery based FU creation.

Please check below snapshots where dates are blank in the FU stage 1 (destination location) and Stage 2 (Souce location) which is intermediate location .

Do we need to have any custom logic in order to populate the dates at destination locaton of stage 1 and Source location of stage 2? (or) system will calculate the dates according as per default route config as transit duration given in default route config.

Hi Kumar,

your observation is correct. The times are not used for scheduling in the freight unit(scheduling is only done if you use default route on forwarding order ordered route). So if a defaulting that does not come from planning is required, it would have to be custom specific.

What should be good that the default route determination should be processed controller based so it should be suitable for enhancement.
