Hi,
I have implemented badi ukm_fill because i don't want to update the credit exposure but this badi is not triggered. If it is triggered what is the logic to exclude the credit exposure update. In which transaction this badi is going to trigger.
Regards,
Ravi S
Maybe a stupid question, but still - which kind of credit management do you use: the SD or the FSCM one? UKM_FILL is for FSCM Credit Management, if FSCM Credit Management is not active in your system then your custom logic won't be triggered. Your functional consultant should be able to tell you which type of credit management is used in your system.
It is also possible that your master/transactional data is unsuitable for what you try to do - again, your functional consultant is the best person to ask for assistance.

ravi_sdn in general credit exposure is updated when you create or change orders (VA01, VA02), deliveries (VL01N, VL02N), billing documents (VF01), when you post FI documents (FB01).
Of course, it is also important that FIN-FSCM-CR is configured correctly (pricing - you need CMPRE, order type, item categories, credit control area, credit segment etc.).
I don't have access to a system with configured FSCM at the moment, but I would recommend reading Credit management (necessary settings in the module SD) (S/4 1709) , especially the part about credit exposure update. It is interesting that in this blog the author does not mention UKM_FILL (which I have considered using so far only for separating postings with a certain special G/L indicator) but there is a good explanation how FSCM works. Another blog by the same author mentions UKM_FILL but again for the same usage that I mentioned (special G/L postings from FI). I mention this because I am not really sure whether UKM_FILL is the most appropriate option for credit exposure update in your scenario.
