Automatic VAS creation for WMR document category - replenishment

Hello Experts,

Is it possible to create the VAS order automatically but for internal movement (planned replenishment)?

I've read the SAP documentation and it seems that VAS auto-creation works only for PDO or PDI documents.

I know there is a posisibility to create the VAS manually and then create the warehouse request to make the VAS activities (like described here: https://help.sap.com/doc/saphelp_ewm900/9.0/en-US/4c/b48fea25d1664ce10000000a15822b/frameset.htm). But the requirement is to create the WMR document at the first and then VAS (like in inbound or outbound). 

I have tried to maintain an entry in customizing: Cross-Process Settings->Value-Added Services (VAS)->Define Relevance for VAS, but there is no option to insert the WMR document category (only PDI, or PDO is possible). Even when I leave the document category empty the system doesn't create VAS order for replenishment warehouse request.

This IMG activity help says: 

You must specify the warehouse number and document category of the warehouse request to determine the automatic VAS order ...... all other fields are optional.

The missing category seems to be the reason why VAS order in not created automatically.

I found BADI (/SCWM/EX_VAS_CREATE_FROM_DLV) for creation of VAS order from warehosue request automatically but it's not even called for WMR documents.

Have any of you ever encountered such a requirement?
