Hi Nacho,
You need to set the company's setting CoreSystems.CoresystemsFSM.Crowd.enabled to true.

I am investigating and the option CoreSystems.CoresystemsFSM.Crowd.enabled seems to crowd external partner, but I only want to activate the QUEUE with the drag and drop scheduler with "my own tecnichians" not external crowding.
Yo can see the example in this video at min 3:38, where you can see an example of Assited Manual planning with drag and drop:
Thanks in advance.
Hi nsaenz ,
Ok, let's clarify then.
There are 2 widgets which look very similar to each other.
One is Planning widget.
One is Crowd widget (aka Autoscheduling widget).
From what I can see in the system where both widgets can be enabled, the visual difference is:
-- The Planning widget has "Max 40 jobs at a time" label below "Schedule now" button.
-- The Crowd widget has "Next scheduling planned for ..." label below "Schedule now" button.
The rest looks the same in both widgets. The video you provided has the Crowd widget enabled. As you can see from the documentation to the company setting "CoreSystems.CoresystemsFSM.Crowd.enabled", it enables Crowd AND the Autoscheduling widget.
However, something has been changed recently. Can you please check which "Crowd type" your company has? It's in "Company" in "Maintenance" section. I can see the autoscheduling widget only if "Crowd type" is set as "Main Contractor". But it is not visible if "Crowd type" is anything else.
And by the way, the autoscheduling widget can also schedule jobs for internal techs AFAIK. Not only for the Crowd. If you don't use the crowd, you can still use this widget.
To enable the Planning widget you can try "CoreSystems.Optimization.EnablePlanningWidget" setting. Check its documentation first. If it's enabled, it will switch off the autoscheduling widget. And it works without enabling the crowd. And for any "crowd type". Maybe it would work for you better than autoscheduling widget?
These are widgets side by side
