I was unfortunately deleted CVC's related to one customer

could you please let me know how to retrive those combinations, when i checked in the amnage log there i unable to see the detaled data, except the customer no

Hi,

Please let me know whats the process you follow for the creation of CVCs. If you are generating CVCs from Infocubes, you can generate them from the cube again.

the problem has got resolved, we have genetrated the CVC'C from backup cube

Hi rajraj,

If your customer CVC details are similar to another customer,

then you can regenerate the data using realignment/copy

function

Raj,

Since you say that you deleted the CVCs for a particular customer then at least you knoe teh characteristic value for that customer. Try and access data for any cube which you updated recently for DP. It could be teh sales cube, or the backup cube. From here you can generate the CVCs into the list. From there you can use a filter to select the Customer and generate them again. What more, if you have the data backup you can again load the data.
