We're facing a challenge at Ecolean`s warehouse setup (Publid Cloud), where the requirement is to blend different batches within the same bin. It's important to note that this bin is not configured for bulk storage management.
Referring to note " DIGITS - 'Addition to Existing Stock / Empty Bin' customizing " , it's indicated that in the Public Cloud environment, we can potentially utilize the BAdIs of Enhancement Spot /SCWM/EX_CORE_PTS to influence the destination bin and introduce specific products into a bin with mixed batches. However, upon investigation, it's clear that we need further clarification on the feasibility of this approach.
Currently, the only method available seems to be specifying the target bin during warehouse task creation. However, our customer prefers an automated solution that seamlessly fills the correct bin when allowing mixed batches, without manual intervention.
We've tested the four BAdIs :
Unfortunately, none of these BAdIs provide a solution for adding an additional bin for a batch managed product.
Given the critical need for this functionality, we're seeking a solution to enable it in the Public Cloud environment. Our customer's operations rely on it.
Looking forward to your guidance on resolving this matter.

But there can be some workarounds:

Hi,
The fixed bin we will not use at this WH - but we have made a improvement request for having the possibility to add to Existing Stock for a batch Managed product ; https://influence.sap.com/sap/ino/#/idea/321020 .
Best Regards Elin
