Hi,
When setting up data in ECC and APO system , the error "you can only work in client xxx" happens especially when material master is transferred to APO. Please check check the below solution with respect to BW functionality
1) If BW functionality is used , then kindly refer to the note 522569 - maintain an RFC destination and assign it to the BWMANDTRFC field of the RSADMINA table .
2) If BW functionality is not used then kindly refer to the note 1498542, this note helps in checking if there is any entry in the RSICCONT table , so if BW functionality is not used then this table should not contain any entry
So whenever you face this error, please refer to the notes above with respect to BW functionality
