Workbench template is not reflecting to users

Hello Experts,

We have created a new workbench template inorder to encorporate all our xcelcius dahboard reports.

But here the template is not showing up to all users.

Please find the workbench template screen shot.

Hi Experts,

The above got resolved, but here if we add channels to newly created custom workbench template, even though the default lay out is one wide column, channel is showing up as thin left column.

Not only for one wide column layout, even if we select thin left,wide right it is showing as thin column.

FYI, Added desktop channel is having nature as wide channel.
