Why the Application Help old version can not be available

I think the old version is different and more detailed for some part.

How can I get it?

Hi Hayashi,

You could firstly go to SAP Help Portal Sitemap with URL http://help.sap.com/sitemap/.

Then search for "SAP Supplier Relationship Management " in the sitemap.

  SAP Supplier Relationship Management
    SAP Enhancement Package 3 for SAP SRM 7.0
    SAP Enhancement Package 2 for SAP SRM 7.0
    SAP Enhancement Package 1 for SAP SRM 7.0
    Earlier Releases

Go into the link of any release, you will find the area of Application Help - SAP Library easily.
And the path and content are now more structured and easy for SAP customers to locate.

Thank you for your detailed answer.

My concern is the application help is about the SRM 5.0, the old version of the help.

In the link you provided, there is the one refer to SRM 5.0, but it is not valid, please check.

Hi Hayashi,

I see the problem as well.
Although it seems we could still open some urls starting with "http://help.sap.com/saphelp_srm50", i.e. provided in some old sdn threads, the hyper link of SRM 5.0 indeed doesn't work. I would say to report this to SAP with an official incident.
