Value Contract Achiving Process and Pre-requisites

Can any one post me steps to archive value contract and what are the pre-requisites for same?

To archive a document, you should use tr: SARA, check as well customzing for residence Times.

Archiving Object: BBP_CTR (SRM Archiving Contract and Global Outline Agrmt)

By executing pre-processing, system will check which documents should be archived,

define a Variant with "maintain" button, and put a document number range, and Transaction Type,,etc to

restrict the target document.
