User's shopping cart status is "In Purchaser's Worklist"?

User has deleted item item his purchase order and now he wants to undelete it and the status is ordered. User has undeleted the order but unable to find. Also the status of the shopping cart is like-In Purchaser's Worklist.

Kindly suggest the solution.

Hi Sawan,

It seems that the PO item is still deleted. Could you please check whether the last Change Version is approved and closed? Please attach a screenshot about the versions of the PO as well.
