We had an user who was deleted from SRM. He had a open SC for which follow on docs were created but GR was not completed in backend R/3.
After the user was deleted the BBP_GET_STATUS_2 job started failing bcoz of the specific shopping cart. So now we have to delete the specific shopping cart.
1. Monitor shopping cart doesnt show the open SC as the user was deleted so there is no reference for it. So cant delete from here.
2. SC owner change also not possible due to PARTNER_GUID of the user is also deleted.
1. Deletion of line items of backend PR,PO line items. But will it make sure that the BBP_GET_STATUS_2 doesnt try to replicate this SC status into SRM again and fail ?
2. Recreation of the user in SRM and try to delete the SC in monitor SC.
Please advise if any specific programs are available for this or if any specific steps can help solve the problem.
One way to correct this would be to write a utility to change the business partner on the shopping cart, this would be worthwhile for you if people leave quite often and this is causing errors. We also have some update errors with folks leaving occasionally. We run the BBP_GET_STATUS_2 open though (no shopping cart parameters other than the default and although we have errors on some carts, the others are updated correctly.
Hi. We have had the scenario with users leaving before GR is complete so it is no longer possible to GR in SRM and it must be done in MIGO.
It has never caused any problems with BBP_GET_STATUS_2 though.
When you say it is failing, what doi you mean? Are you getting errors or something, or is it dumping?
