uploading vendor master

Hi ,

I'm unable to upload the vendor's from r/3 to srm.Getting this error "no data records found for system".for one one backend

For another backend ( r/3), error message "All backend descriptions are already assigned in the system".

Any suggetion??

Hi

Check if the config is maintained under this SPRO navigation:

SPRO->Supplier relationship management->SRM server->technical basic settings->settings for vendor synchronization->define settings for each backend sytem.

I think one of the backend might not have been maintained.

This means there are no vendors existing in the R/3 system itself.

<b>All backend descriptions are already assigned in the system</b>

This error means, that all the vendors you specified in the Vendor field (from to range ) are already replicated in SRM Sytem.

To confirm this, go to the table - VENMAP in the SRM system. It will display all those vendor nambers, with their correpsonding R/3 Back-end system (from which they are replicated) are already available in the SRM system.

Also, look in SLG1 transaction for any logs (errors/ warnings ) created immediately after executing the BBPGETVD Transaction.
