Update Ariba PR via API?

I have an external application and I need to update an existing Purchase Requisition within SAP Ariba.
I can see plenty of APIs that allow me to PULL data, however I'm not sure how can I update the information within a PR.

No REST APIs are available at this moment, but you can check SAP Business Acceletaror Hub
for other available APIs.
