Tools for creating Test Supplier email accounts for SAP Ariba Strategic Sourcing Solutions

Experts, We all need to create test supplier accounts to test our SAP Ariba Supplier Management (SLP), sourcing (Classic and Guided), contracts, and Procurement solutions during implementation to verify connectivity, email notifications, and the creation of Test SAP Business Network accounts to test supplier registration, sourcing projects, contract negotiations, and purchasing transactions.

Are there any common email solutions that Partners use to create these test email accounts to support the testing? I have tried Gmail and Mail.com; however, they limit the number of accounts that can be created. What are some of the other solutons that Partners use to create and maintain these test supplier email accounts? I am looking for solutions that support permanent type email addresses so these test suppliers can be used over and over again.

There is Yopmail, which can be used in test realms for dummy suppliers, but it is not secure. Meaning that you only need to know the randomly generated email to be able to access the mailbox. Check it with customer organization when implementing and use with caution and don`t send any customer sensitive data in those notifications. Or clean the mailbox after completion.

When I create things like this I have my IT create a "Group Email" Address with a group of people I want within this group. I have them make us "ALL" admin's so we can add/remove people as needed. This allows for example a group email address "XYZ@gmail.com" with 9 people in it, then all are admins.... The group email and password can be shared with that test company I made up but then all of us can use it, get notifications, etc. This is how I do for both business and non-profit, it makes it very streamlined and easy. Ellie7, Thank you for your reply! I had not thought to ask our IT Department to do this. This is definitely something to look into. This should work, especially since it would be a group email and many other colleagues could use this and other test suppliers for various reasons. Thank you!!
