The CCM search (Trex)

Hi

I am having a problem with CCM Search. When I enter the Product name and click Search it says no Products Found, though the Product exists in the Catalog,the TREX is of the latest version

Please Help

Hi,

Login to the SAP GUI where your CCM is installed, access report /CCM/CHECK_TREX

If the relevent catalog index is orange or red, restart the trex server and then relook at this. If still red, the index should be deleted and a new FULL publishing initiated.

Hi,

Pl. check if you have assigned a service user with role /ccm/catalog_search to service srm_cse in txn-SICF. Also you need to check if the catalogue is published correctly. If you are using any views, then view should contain that item.

Hi,

you have to set order unit for the product to search.
