Task Document tab

In classic against a task you could view and access the document folder and upload within it. However in guided you cannot upload into that folder, you have to go to the document tab that seems a backwards step. Is there any way to resolve this?

Also the new feature should allow us to preview douments without downloading - however it only seems to work for PDF and no other type e.g. word. What are teh agreed types or is this a bug?

We've addressed this as well as bug to SAP Ariba team, but they see it a UI simplification that the user clicks on the folder in the “Event and other document” section. We did not get another resolution for it.
