SRM Approval Error

Hi All,

We are following Classic Scenario.

When the shooping cart is created, it has to take 4 levels of approval.The third and fourth level approvers will be having the same value limit.

For one of the shopping cart, the fourth level approver rejected the SC, still the follow-on document was created. Can anybody explain what may be the reason for this.

Do you use N-step BADI for workflow or custom workflow template?

Hi

Pl. check the bbp_wfl_secure authorisation setting for the final approver. If it is set to highest, then change it to 0 and try again approving the shopping cart.
