SRM 7 Offline Approvals

Hi all,

We will be upgrading to SRM7 from SRM4 and would like to enable the outlook offline approval links in the email notification of cart.

I can get the email generated by the links will not be enabled, can anyone give some insight?

Also, once enabled I read that once clicked it will present a form for the end user to click send, is there anyway without customizing this to have the offline email immediately send without having to click send ?

What medium are you using to approve the carts offline?Is it OUTLOOK or mobile?

Hi,

To convert buttons into links,apply note 1682407.

Also in both outlook and mobile,after clicking on APPROVE and REJECT links,the email is not sent immeidately but opens a new session and then user has to click on SEND.This is standard function.

Hi - got this to work - great, have a few issues but looking at some of the reccomended notes -

do you know if a work around ?  I find it instresting that it is acceptable to have to click send after you clicked approve...
