We are using SRM 7.0 and have activated notification alerts to the approver and requester when the document is approved or rejected. The notification email are working fine. To have customized text in the mail we have implemented the BADI BBP_OUTPUT_CHANGE_SF. This allows to have different smartform and eventually different mail text on events APPROVAL_PROCESS_DOC_APPROVED and APPROVAL_PROCESS_DOC_REJECTED.
On the event APPROVAL_PROCESS_DOC_REJECTED (When document is rejected), the notification is sent to previous Approvers (Approver1and Approver2..) and the Requester. Now we have a requirement to have different email text for
1. Previous approvers and 2. The requester. Could you please let me know how to do this?
