Some Offline Approval Emails not sent for SC/PO workitems.

I have a case where there are some Offline Approval Emails not sent for SC & PO workitems. However the approver receives the approval overdue mail 2days later as designed.

We are using the report RBBP_NOTIFICATION_OFFAPP scheduled in background.

Please advice any areas where we can possibly look to or advise how we can debug this?

Hello VJ,

Firstly I would check, if the offline approval email receives the SRM system. And if the approval/rejection is in the SRM system I would check if the item in the SRM inbox is processed correctly.
