Shopping Cart Approval

Can anyone tell me the procedure to approve the shopping cart in portal???

Hi Sanjay,

Which version of SRM you are using? Incase if you are using SRM 7, then you can see the shopping cart lying with whom for approval under approval process overview where you can find the aprover details.

Login to approver view whre under work overview you can find the SC lying in awaiting approval status. You can choose the particular SC row and select approve / reject.

Hi,

Let's say employee has created shopping cart & it's goes to manager for approval. Now in managers worklist window (portal/nwbc) there is option of Approve/Reject.

This is basic process of SC approval or rejection.
