Send the PR data to HANA without Budget check

We have a Requirement to send the PR details from Ariba to HANA. But there is no Budget check here.

Are there any detailed configuration for the above requirement?

To skip a budget check, the parameter Application.Budget.ReqSubmitOnError needs to be enabled and the below-mentioned steps have to be followed:

1. Edit the requisition.
2. Access the Budget Details link under Cart Summary.
3. Select Action > Skip Budget located in the lower right corner.
4. Click Save.

Now, you can approve the requisition. These actions only skip the budget check for that particular requisition; it does not affect your site's budget code allocation. You must act as or be a member of the Budget Approver group to take these actions.
