Scoring problem

Hi Guys,

I have a problem with scoring.

The scoring is enabled on the RFI and RFP Type but when I go into the Questions I cannot chose the options from the drop down system on the right hand side. It only says Do Not Score and there is no chance to change this. Can you point me in the right direction to get this fixed?

I have compared the settings with a tenant where scoring works but I have not found any difference. Any ideas?

Hi Guys.

you need to import the ufn_descriptions which are in the company workbook.

That fixed it, and I have moved the tab into the enterprise workbook now.

Hi Anita,

You are correct, without the ufn_description, RFx scoring won't work.

As a best practice, the objects in the company workbook should always be imported as a company user. I wouldn't recommend moving the ufn_description to the enterprise workbook. I would leave it as part of company workbook.

In a single context environment it's not that critical, but in a multi context/sub context environment, it's very important to load the objects from the company workbook as company user.
