SC Gross Price Automatically Changed to Zero in Sourcing

Hi

I'm using SRM 5.0. When user choose SC item in Sourcing and then add to their workarea, the item's gross price shows as zero. The SC initially has value but it turn up as zero in Sourcing after user add to their workarea.

Is there any advice on this.

Hi

I think some of your development BADI might be initialing this . Kindly debug and find out which piece of code is initialising.

As per standard, Material price must show in the cockpit as while requester added .

or some business requirement might have implemented to initialize this value and it may helps the Buyer to negotiate the best price from Vendor rather that material price. material price is indeed for just approval process.

Yes, I've tried to debug but havent get any luck to get the specific program that clears the value. It might be little easier if there error message or dump.

Please clarify

1. sc created a for a product with out any source of supply which has MAP - for eg

400012 MM - has 12.34 USD

now it shows as 12.34 USD

2.sc above approved and approver could see 12.34 usd

3. Now cart item venture to cockpit and Buyer see as shopping cart price as ZERO OR blank. - BUYER perspective.

4. Try to view the cart via check status from the REQUESTER perspective - what is the value of shopping cart,

When user saw the zero gross price, they went out of the Sourcing cockpit and check the SC. However the gross price now showing as zero. We tried to check the changes log and system captured the user's name changing the price even though he didnt.

Is it happening for all cart items?

or

only it has issue with sourcing-venture shopping cart item.

Some one is clearing the existing price after approving the cart right if no source of supply found.

Did you discuss with ABAP resource?
