Hi,
I have created a shopping cart and ordered it. It has gone for approval and I can find it in the approver's worklist too. However, an email is supposed to be triggered to the approver with the link and this is not happening.
I checked the emailid in the approver user settings. Is there any other configuration I need to check or do?
Please, help me with this.

define recipient of notifications
and also ensure ---> program RSWUWFMLEC is run as background job ---> always...

Thanks Usman. I have checked the SPRO entry and the approver is marked to recieve an email for Approving the SC.
When I check entries in SOST I do not find an entry for the shopping cart that I created. If there is an entry then it can be a problem with the batch processing but I am not very sure of what the problem can be when there is no entry at all in SOST.
Could there be any other settings missing?

The report RSWUWFMLEC is used to send out emails to approvers. In case of line item based approval each approver should see the line items he is responsible for.
However, he does not see any line items of the shopping cart or sees items he's not assigned to.
