SAP SLC- SUP REG process is not triggering any work item on Buy Side

Hi Gurus,

we are implementing SAP SLC Buy side on SAP SRM system and Sell side (standalone).

When vendors are posting supplier registration form using the given URL, No work item is triggered in Buy side.

Solution/suggestion are welcomed to resolve the issue.

Hi Azad,

It seems the questions was asked quite while ago. Anyway, normally I would check from two points of view firstly.

1. Make sure that the relevant workflow is activated for supplier registration. Check SWE2.

2. Ensure that the communication between sell side and buy side are configured properly, mainly the RFC destinations and the bgRFC, and the RFC connections are assigned to the Communication Process type 'Supplier Registration' in SPRO.
