SAP Fieldglass Data dictionary

Hi Team,

Do we have any document for SAP Fieldglass architecture? We are looking for data model how the data(SOW/contractors..) is being saved in fieldglass?

Hi Mounika - Do you have access to login somewhere? The data dictionary can be pulled directly from the application. Go to the Analytics menu and select Report Fields under Data Dictionary.

Wanted to understand difference between Module and Category that are being displayed on the page.

Module is a primary table and categories are the tables linked through a column/field to the main one? Or everything is saved under a same table?

For suppose, Statement of work Module has different categories like SOW Workers, Accounting so on...does the data save separately in different tables for a single statement of work in backend?

Hello Amber and Mounika,

I suggest go to Worker Upload and SOW upload connector or API document to get specific filed and file format information. you need to have access to SAP FG with Admin permission - integrations tool Integration Tools which allow you to manage the integration for data upload /download connectors and related elements of data for all master and transactional data in Fieldglass.

there are 2 types of connector :

1. Upload Connectors – populate data from the client's system into SAP Fieldglass.

2. Download Connectors – populate data from SAP Fieldglass into the client’s system
