S/4HANA CP roles and authorization

I am not able to access S/4HANA CP Security guide on this community page. Is there any document available which can provide view on authorization approach for CP ?

The link on the page is pointing to a DRAFT guide. I removed DRAFT from the URL and looks like I was able to access it (it does require S user logon): https://help.sap.com/doc/d7c2c95f2ed2402c9efa2f58f7c233ec/2020/en-US/SEC_OP2020.pdf
