PO status change

Hi All,

I have PO which is in deleted status. Now if I log into SRM web and search for the PO the system will not find it. However, it still exists in SAP ECC PRD. An SRM PO cannot be changed in ECC and there is no PO in SRM to change. The status of the PO in BBP_PD shows as inactive, we need to reverse the status so that it will be active again.

I was trying to use BBP_PD_PO_STATUS_CHANGE.

Can anyone please explain step by step how can I activate the PO.

Hi Shravya,

how could you delete the PO? Once the PO was output, and sent to the vendor, shouldn't be able to deleted.

!!! It is not recommended to change documents on the SAP GUI, especially not with direct update !!!

Nevertheless if you would like to do this, you can also update the PO directly on the database. Start the transaction BBP_PD. From here you can navigate to the corresponding table. You need to remove the deleted status from the table CRMD_JEST, and remove the deletion indicator from the header and item as well.

At first test the same in your test system.
