PO attachments left online- SBN- supplier integration

I hope you well.

Please can you advise when a supplier integrations PO's and not attachments. Attachments left online, is there a flag that supplier recieves to inform them attachment is on SBN. My buyer sends attachments in some cases, not all the time but when attachments are sent thier are important information for supplier to review.

What is the work around, how is suppliers informed that an order has an attachment included. Any notification, email sent perhaps?

While you can certainly open a ticket with support or consult our help guides to verify this feature, I regret to inform you that this particular type of notification may not be available in our current system.

As an alternative, the buyer could employ a workaround by sending a header text comment to alert suppliers about an attachment. Integrated suppliers could then check for this comment in their integration as an indicator.

It's worth noting that buyers sending a Header TextID can be seamlessly integrated into the SBN through CIG.

Thanks so much, yes that was my suggestion as well for the buyer, but i also checked there is option for supplier to generate PO report via suppliers SBN account, in the report there is a field call, has attachment and data is yes or no. So will inform the bueyr supplier can generate a report as well, Thanks again.
