Hi everyone,
I'm doing some investigation for a SRM 4.0 implementation.
One of the unclear things is whether OCI is standard included in the package or does it need a separate installation?
Thanks for your answers!
Cheers,
Roel
Roel,
OCI and OPI are not to be installed. These are the norms used for the data exchanges between SRM and an external web application (catalogue).
These norm are clearly explained here:

These norms are based on HTML forms exchanges, and are supported by SAP CCM and several certified partner products, that you'll find here:

Hi Roel,
If you use an internal catalogue, OCI is standard and included with your catalogue installation ( Requisite , CCM...)
If you use external catalogue (punch out to a supplier catalogue : Dell, Corporate express...), then the OCI is on the supplier side.
Hope this helps,
Regards,
Yann
