MM - SUS: transfer text of the purchase order from R/3 to SRM

Dear gurus,

I 'm implementing a scenario of plan driven procurement with R/3, i have a release of SRM SERVER 5.5,R/3 is connected to sus via XI.

ICan you help me to trasfer text from R/3 purchase order item to Sus purchase order item.?

Hi Atul,

i'm using SRM 5.00 with SUS 4.0(and XI 7.0) and R/3 4.6C.

When i transfer the P.O., idoc ORDERS02 not contain E1EDPT segment.

Can i use any userexit for fill the segment?

Hi Alessio,

In R/3 create new text types for Header and Item for PO.

For the created text types to be captured in IDoc go to SPRO>MM>Purchasing>messages>Define texts for Purchase orders

In XI it is hardcoded for text type F01, change it to the new text type created in XI mapping
