Is there a way to turn off notifications to Procurement Managers when a Manual Vendor is used when submitting a PR?
Currently, a notification will be sent to all that have Procurement Manager access will receive an email notification when a Manual Vendor is used. Is there a way to turn off all notifications being sent when a manual Vendor is used?

Some site parameters control if notifications are sent for manual orders. See Users with Permission to Process Manual Orders and Receive Email Notifications for details. Hope this helps!
