Is it so that locked user IDs dont receive workitems in EBP ?

Hello,

A substitute has been maintained for an EBP approver but he doesn't get the workitems.

I need to find the reason why he doesnt receive the workitems.

His user ID is in locked status.

Is this the reason why he is not getting the workitems ?

Hi,

It is standard behaviour that the locked users do not recieve the work items.

system will delete/filter the users which are locked and users who status is expired ,

Which SRM version are you using ?

Please ensure the email address and SCOT settings are correct in this case. As BASIS Team to help you out.

I am not sure, but yes, it might be a reason, Incase UserID is in locked state, the system does not sends email to the particular UserID email.

Email is not send for work items which are saved when report RSWUWFMLEC was running.

OSS Note 777874 - RSWUWFMLEC does not sends e-mailfor some work items.

Note 614139 - Parallel approval of shopping baskets possible
